Taylor Brain
Taylor was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. Taylor loves to camp and hike with his family and spends as much time as he can on the Oregon Coast in the summers. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys bow hunting throughout the year. Before joining Craig-Howard Insurance, he studied computer science at the College of Western Idaho (CWI) and worked as a welder in the agricultural industry for 12 years. With almost a decade of experience working in health insurance he now loves helping Medicare beneficiaries find and understand their plans He lives in Meridian with his wife, daughter, and three dogs.
Katelynne Abel
Katelynne Abel has been working in customer service for over 5 years. In 2023 she started working in health insurance and growing her understanding of the field. She loves to get to know clients, chatting with them on the phone or in person. When she isn’t at work or school, she likes to spend her time with family, listen to music, and play games with friends. Katelynne is an Idahoan born and raised who enjoys hiking the mountains and biking on the Boise Greenbelt. She is currently studying marketing at Boise State University and hopes to use her skills to increase the company’s reach to aid people in understanding the complexities of health insurance.

Morgan Benton is an Agent and Account Manager at Craig-Howard Insurance, where she specializes in helping clients find the right coverage—whether through Medicare or the individual health insurance market. With a strong foundation in customer service and policy management, Morgan guides clients through their options and resolving complex billing or coverage questions with clarity and care.
Morgan has been with Craig-Howard Insurance for three years, growing from a supporting team member into a licensed agent and trusted advisor. Her passion for the industry began long before her official start—her mother, Marcia Benton, is a partner in the firm, and Morgan grew up observing her work with clients. Inspired by her mother’s dedication, Morgan knew early on that she wanted to follow in her footsteps and carry on the legacy of compassionate, knowledgeable service.
In addition to her health insurance license, Morgan holds a degree in Sign Language Studies and brings a unique, inclusive approach to client communication. Outside the office, she works part-time as a dog groomer and is a proud Idaho native who loves the outdoors and, of course, dogs.
